Hello, I'm

Jackson Lee

Solutions Engineer

I bridge the gap between technology and business, turning complex technical challenges into customer wins. As a solutions engineer, I specialize in helping customers implement custom AI agents, whether Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot, that connect to our MCP server, partnering with teams across the full customer lifecycle so clients don't just adopt a platform, they thrive with it.

Jackson Lee

About01

I'm a solutions engineer at Frontify, where I sit at the intersection of product and commercial teams, helping marketers and designers at brands get the most out of our platform. My specialty is consulting customers and prospects on building custom AI agents, whether Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot, that connect to our MCP server, and partnering with Customer Success Managers to design the workflows that turn that technology into real outcomes. I work across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales scoping and prototypes through post-sale implementation, while feeding real-world insights back into product strategy.

I came to this role through full-stack engineering. After earning my Computer Science degree with a minor in Business from the University of Colorado Boulder, I spent three years at Cognizant building enterprise SaaS solutions with C#, .NET, SQL, and JavaScript. That foundation, working with APIs, SSO, and frontend technologies like React and TypeScript, is what lets me speak fluently with both engineers and customers.

My greatest strength is translating customer needs into scalable technical solutions. I excel at guiding clients through complex implementations and leading technical discussions that bridge the gap between business objectives and what the platform can do. Through coordinating software deployments and managing customer relationships from onboarding through ongoing support, I've learned that the best solutions aren't just technically sound, they're adopted, embraced, and drive measurable business outcomes.

When I'm not at the keyboard, I'm usually outside. I picked up marathon running somewhere along the way and got hooked on chasing longer distances. I grew up skiing Vermont and now spend as much time as I can in the of the Rockies. And a few years back I learned to paraglide, which pretty quickly turned into a bit of an obsession. All of it is a nice change of pace from the technical work, and a good excuse to spend time outdoors.

Running

Running

Running snuck up on me. I joined the high school cross country team mostly to hang out with friends, and somewhere along the way I actually fell for it. These days I split my time between road and trail and keep nudging the distances up.

Paragliding

Paragliding

I had a three-month gap after college before starting my first job, and the choice came down to backpacking around Europe or learning to paraglide. I went with paragliding. I bought a wing and flew just about every day that summer, logging 40 days as a total beginner. Something about it just clicked for me—part puzzle, part letting go. Now whenever I'm back in Colorado the paraglider is the first thing I dig out.

Skiing

Skiing

I grew up skiing at Stratton Mountain in Vermont. East Coast skiing is mostly ice, so you learn to ski well early on. When I went to college in Boulder, the Rockies were an hour away, and I started skiing 30+ days a season. It was how I unwound after long days studying computer science in Norlin Library. I still ski every time I'm back in Colorado to see family.
